Terms and Conditions of the 4UProfit Referral Program

 

1. Acceptance of the Program

By participating in the 4UProfit referral program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Participation Requirements

Participants do not need to be registered or have an active investment account at 4UProfit.
Each participant will receive a unique referral link to invite new users.
All referrals must be new users and not have had a previous account with 4UProfit.

3. Rewards

Participants will earn $125 for each new user who signs up and purchases a membership through their referral link.
Rewards will be credited to the participant's account after confirmation of the membership purchase by the referral.
You'll get $25 in cash, instantly withdrawn, and $100 in credit. This credit will be withdrawn once you accumulate $500, which is achieved when five of your referrals have purchased any membership.

4. Additional Benefit from Investment in 4UProfit

Once you have accumulated $500 in credits, you can withdraw them without additional charges.
As an added benefit, if you decide to use the $500 accumulated to open an account at 4UProfit, you will receive the first month of membership completely free. This is completely optional, and in any case, the company will pay you the cash reward and you can then decide if you want to invest it or not.

5. Program Rules

Referrals must complete the purchase of a membership for the reward to be valid.
Fraudulent or deceptive activities are not permitted. Any attempt to tamper with the program will result in disqualification and possible removal of rewards.
6. Payment Terms

Once you have accumulated rewards, you can withdraw them instantly, without waiting times or the need to accumulate a minimum amount.
There are no withdrawal fees and there are no limits on the amount you can withdraw.
Available options include PayPal, Zelle, wire transfer, gift cards, and prepaid cards.

7. Modifications and Termination

4UProfit reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
Any change in the terms will be communicated to participants in advance.

8. Responsibility

4UProfit is not responsible for technical errors, connection problems or any other inconvenience that may affect participation in the program.
Entrants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

9. Accuracy of Personal Information and Monitoring of Use

Accuracy of Personal Information: By participating, you warrant that all personal information provided is 100% correct and up to date. It is your responsibility to keep your personal data up to date.
Monitoring Program Use: 4UProfit reserves the right to monitor and review the use of the referral program at any time to verify the validity of referrals and ensure compliance with the terms.

10. Restrictions

Self-Referrals: Participants may not refer themselves or use multiple accounts to benefit from the program.

You should not use referral methods that are annoying to recipients, including sending unsolicited messages.
You must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam laws.

12. Publication Restrictions

You must not post the referral program on websites that host inappropriate or illegal content, including adult content, alcohol, tobacco, gambling and political content.

13. Invitation from Unknown People

You should not invite or refer people you do not know personally.

The referral program should be used for personal purposes only and not for commercial purposes.

15. Duration of the Program

The program will be in effect until the announced date, which may be extended or restricted at the discretion of 4UProfit.
4UProfit reserves the right to terminate the program with immediate effect at any time.

In case of termination, rewards accumulated up to the termination date will be processed.
